How do we think about the relationship between individual and collective experience? What are different ways that we seek out connection and belonging? How are places and space created to encourage or discourage community making?
Seminars in the 社区 Learning 社区 will foster a sense of belonging by exploring the meaning of community and connection; performance in all its aspects; and the creation of a common experience. We look forward to gathering together, exploring community making in multiple ways, and deepening our understanding of ourselves and others.
Signature 事件 include: visits to local museums, 艺术画廊, 音乐场所, public art and theaters; community meals; service opportunities; movie nights and more.

The kitchen is a center of 家 and communities, and has been a focus of reform and rebellion over the course of American history as well. This course will examine ideas about womanhood, 家, 和社会, and how these have intersected to fuel movements for change. We will consider how such movements and ideas motivate efforts to bring meaningful change in our own world.
